Bayer Landscape Architecture Receives Four Awards from the New York Upstate Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects in 2013

The New York Upstate Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (NYU-ASLA) has awarded Bayer Landscape Architecture with two design awards in 2013. These include an Honor Award of Excellence for the Memorial Art Gallery's Centennial Sculpture Park, and a Merit Award for the rehabilitation of Frank Lloyd Wright's Boynton House

Two of our staff also received ASLA practitioner awards for their continuing commitment to excellence in our craft and service to our local communities.

Mark Bayer was awarded the Distinguished Senior Practitioner Award. This award recognizes an outstanding individual practitioner for their achievements in three areas: design, leadership, and ASLA Chapter involvement.

Zakery Steele was awarded the first-ever Distinguished Emerging Practitioner Award. This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to the profession early in their professional career.
